"Animation" refers to any animated content generated through our Service.
"Watermark" refers to the visible brand identifier applied to free Animations.
"Subscription" refers to the paid plan that provides access to premium features.

3. Service Description

AnimateMe is an online platform that allows Users to generate animations. The Service offers both free and paid options with varying features and usage rights.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update this information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

5. Free Service

5.1 Free Animations

Users may generate Animations for free. All free Animations will include a watermark.

5.2 Watermark Restrictions

Free Animations with watermarks cannot be modified to remove or alter the watermark.
Any attempt to remove or alter the watermark is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms.

6. Paid Subscriptions

6.1 Subscription Plans

We offer subscription plans that provide access to premium features, including the ability to generate Animations without watermarks.

6.2 Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis.
Payment methods accepted are specified on our website.

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support.
Upon cancellation, your Subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing month.
No refunds will be provided for partial month subscriptions or for periods where the Service was not used.

7. Purchases and Licensing

7.1 Individual Animation Purchases

Users may purchase individual Animations separately from Subscription plans.

7.2 License Grant

When you purchase an Animation, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use the Animation.
This license includes the right to use the Animation for commercial purposes.
The license is personal to you and cannot be transferred or sublicensed without our prior written consent.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Our Rights

We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights.

8.2 User Rights

For free Animations with watermarks: You may use these for personal, non-commercial purposes only, without modifying the watermark.
For purchased Animations: You may use these as specified in the license grant in Section 7.2.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Remove or attempt to remove watermarks from free Animations
Redistribute, sell, or lease any Animation unless specifically permitted
Use the Service to generate content that infringes upon third-party rights
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems

By using AnimateMe, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
